Booking and refund policy
- A $50 per person deposit is required to secure all bookings. Phone bookings may pay by credit card.
- Payments must be made in full prior to departure.
- Any cancellations or “no shows” will forfeit deposit and the balance will be charged in full.
- Only the captain may cancel a charter prior to departure due to poor weather, in this case you may re book for another day or receive a full refund.
- If you cancel giving at least 7 days notice prior to the Charter then we can give you a refund, any cancellations where we don’t recieve at least 7 days notice no refunds will be given.
All transactions carry a 2% credit/debit card fee
